Browse Bradford County 72-Hour Releases

The Bradford County 72 hour release list is a three-day view for people trying to review county jail exits across several dates. It is useful after a weekend or when a same-day check was missed. Bradford County has no sheriff-branded rolling 72-hour feed. The official jail form instead lets a person choose a release-only mode and build the date range. That search can show who was released in the last 72 hours, but each timestamp still needs close review. The result marks the end of a Bradford booking, while the release record and next-agency check establish whether the person entered the community or moved to another custodian.

Bradford Three-Day Release Window

SmartWEB is the official online route linked by the Bradford County Sheriff's Office. It does not supply a permanent page labeled “last 72 hours.” A person must select Released Inmates Only, enter a begin release date and end release date, and submit the form. That makes a calendar range. The results then provide exact release times that can be tested against the desired three-day period.

This method is wider than a same-day view. It can collect events from Friday through Sunday or span any other set of dates chosen by the user. Yet calendar boundaries still matter. Three full dates may cover more than 72 elapsed hours, depending on the start time. For a strict hour-based question, set the calendar range broadly enough to capture the possible events, then keep only timestamps inside the true cutoff.

Important: Bradford publishes no fixed weekend feed or guaranteed refresh schedule, so confirm an urgent custody change with the jail.

Build Bradford 72-Hour Releases

The form's default current-inmate setting does not answer a release question. Change the mode first. A current roster shows who is reported in the jail now, while the released mode searches ended bookings. The two must not be treated as the same list.

  1. Open the Bradford SmartWEB search and choose Released Inmates Only.
  2. Enter the first and last calendar dates that contain the target 72-hour period.
  3. Leave the name blank to review the interval, or add known name fields to narrow it.
  4. Choose the available sort and order controls, then submit the search.
  5. Read each exact release date and time. Exclude events outside the true hour cutoff.
  6. Record the booking number, MNI number, and status before seeking clarification from BCSO.

A person concerned only with the present day can use the narrower Bradford County 24-Hour Release List. For one named person whose custodian is unclear, the Bradford County released inmate lookup maps county jail, FDC, court, federal, and immigration channels.

Note: SmartWEB results are generated by the submitted form, so a completed three-day result has no reliable unique bookmark.

Bradford 72-Hour Record Fields

Live released-only results showed enough detail to identify a booking and locate its exit time. They included a booking photograph with an Enlarge Photo link, though a photo should not be promised in every case. SmartWEB also displayed the following fields. Some provide useful context, but they do not all answer why the person left.

Displayed itemMeaning in a three-day review
Name, birth date, race, sexIdentity checks that help distinguish people with similar names.
Status: ReleasedThe displayed Bradford County Jail booking has ended.
Booking and MNI numbersLocal identifiers for matching the result to a request or jail inquiry.
Booking date and timeThe start of the jail event; it may predate the three-day window.
Exact release date and timeThe field that determines whether the event belongs in the target 72 hours.
Bond amount and holdsBooking context, not a dependable statement of release type or destination.
Charge rowsListed statute, case, agency, charge level, and bond details tied to the booking.

SmartWEB does not visibly show a dependable release reason for every result. “Released” can describe a community exit or the end of county custody before an agency transfer. The Bradford court docket can explain an order, sentence, dismissal, or bond. Only the jail release record can supply the physical exit time and maintained release code or destination.

Bradford Weekend Release Review

A three-day search helps when no check was made each day. It also places several release timestamps on one result set, which makes it easier to spot a county booking that ended during a weekend. Bradford does not publish a special weekend or holiday processing schedule. Do not assume a court event, bond payment, or expected sentence end guarantees a particular exit hour.

First appearance occurs daily around 10:00 a.m., according to the sheriff. Bond information may remain unavailable until the judge's written order reaches jail staff. That is one reason the court docket and jail timestamp can differ in time. The judge's action authorizes an outcome. Jail staff must still receive and process the written order, check other holds, and record the custody change. The BCSO jail page therefore tells people to contact the jail for release dates.

If the three-day result has not appeared, call rather than expanding the range and assuming a match. The form's Bradford-specific update cadence is unpublished. A new result could lag, the service could be unavailable, or the name could be entered differently. The phone route lets staff check whether the person remains at the Bradford County Jail and whether an ended booking led to a transfer.

Bradford Release Range Quirks

SmartWEB offers separate booking and release ranges. Use the release fields for this task. Someone booked long before the target weekend can still leave during it, so a booking-date filter could hide the right person. Conversely, a person booked during the range may remain in custody when the three-day window ends. The status and release timestamp settle which event the form is reporting.

Months-old released records and photos were returned during testing. This is a useful sign of historical access, but it is not a published retention term. No source states exactly how long a former Bradford detainee remains visible online. Florida's GS2 record schedule gives commitment and release lists, booking records, and inmate incarceration records a minimum retention of one anniversary year after release, while jail docket books are permanent. Those are custodian retention rules, not a guarantee about the public web interface.

The official Bradford County Sheriff FL app is also not a verified release list. Its store description names alerts, news, tips, and agency interaction. It does not establish a recent-release or inmate module. The official app listing should not replace the jail search, jail phone, or Records Unit.

Bradford County 72 hour release date range controls

The visible controls show why the Bradford County 72-hour list is a user-created range instead of a standing sheriff publication.

Note: An online display window and an agency's legal record-retention duty are different, even when the underlying record still exists.

Request Bradford Release Records

Call Bradford County Jail at 904-966-6250 for a current release-date check. The office publishes weekday hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is located at 945-A North Temple Avenue, Starke. Ask a precise question: does this person remain in Bradford custody, and if not, was the county booking ended by community release or transfer? Staff may direct a historical or detailed inquiry to Records.

BCSO Records accepts contact, in-person visits, and mailed requests. Its office is next door at 945-B North Temple Avenue. The detailed contact block lists 904-966-6312, while the narrative gives 904-966-6380 for assistance. A request should identify the person, approximate booking and release dates, booking or case number if known, and the exact fields sought. Useful fields include release date and time, release code or type, releasing authority, destination, receiving agency, holds, and charges at release.

The BCSO public-record page posts a $0.15 per-page copy charge and $1 per certified document in addition to duplication costs. Postage and reasonable extensive-use costs may apply. BCSO can require a deposit after giving a good-faith estimate. It does not publish a universal response time or a separate booking-photo fee.

Verify Bradford Release Destinations

County release and community release are not synonyms. Bond, recognizance, dismissal, time served, or sentence completion may return a person to the community. Transfer to FDC, another county, a federal agency, or another facility ends the Bradford jail stay while custody continues. A deceased notation is also not a community release.

VINELink can provide a custody-change alert when the source agency participates. It is not a permanent release archive, and no result does not prove release. An alert may also describe transfer rather than freedom. For a state prisoner, FDC's release database is the proper released-first search. For a person sentenced only to county jail or county probation, FDC says its database does not cover that county-only path. The custodian named in the release record controls the next step.
