Information You Submit
Search terms
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the independent provider that operates the tool. Bradford County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its handling of the query and any report request.
Messages
An email or contact message may be retained long enough to read, route, and answer it. The message is not shared outside the organization except when needed to provide the requested response or when disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data and Cookies
Routine server logs and service providers may collect technical details when a page loads. That data can include:
- IP address and request date or time
- Browser, version, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- The referring page when the browser supplies it
Cookies
Cookies and similar storage can support site functions, remember basic preferences, measure visits, and help deliver advertising. Browser settings can limit or block cookies. Some parts of the site or a partner tool may then behave differently.
How Information Is Used
Information is used only for operating, measuring, protecting, and improving the service. Common purposes include:
- Keeping pages available and responsive
- Sending a submitted search to the selected outside provider
- Measuring which Bradford record topics visitors use
- Finding technical faults and guarding against misuse
- Displaying advertising that may reflect general interests
Privacy Beyond This Site
Links may lead to the Bradford County Sheriff's Office, Florida Department of Corrections, Bradford Clerk, federal locators, public-record portals, and independent search services. This privacy notice stops applying after a visitor leaves Bradford County Released Inmates. Each destination controls its own collection, security, retention, and disclosure practices.
Official Florida public records are governed by the responsible custodian's rules and applicable law, including Florida Constitution article I, section 24 and chapter 119. Those public-access laws do not turn an outside government site into part of this site. Advertising providers may also use their own systems to measure activity across sites and select ads. Their published policies govern that activity.
Who May Receive Data
Bradford County Released Inmates does not sell personal data. Limited information may be disclosed to:
- Search partners that receive and process a visitor's query
- Analytics providers and advertising networks supporting site measurement or ads
- Contractors that help operate or secure the service
- Law enforcement or another government body acting under a valid legal order
A provider receives only the information involved in its part of the service. Its own agreement may allow additional uses, so visitors should review that provider's terms before submitting personal details.
Reasonable Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to reduce unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No connected system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Bradford County Released Inmates therefore cannot promise that a breach, interception, or technical failure will never occur.
Adults Only
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or legal guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use the Contacts page to request review and deletion where possible.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law, identity verification, and technical limits, a person may ask to:
- Receive a copy of personal information held by the site
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete information that no longer must be retained
- Object to or limit certain processing
These choices apply to information controlled by Bradford County Released Inmates. A separate request may be necessary for a search provider, advertising partner, sheriff, court, or corrections agency because each controls its own records.
Notice Updates
This notice may be revised as the site, providers, or legal requirements change. A revised version takes effect when posted. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated notice.
